Anyone who has ever purchased or looked at building a new home no matter what the size, will testify to how much you have to understand to make a healthy and informed decision. Yet there is always so much to learn along the way and questions that need answers.
While there have been many self help books published on buying houses, new houses and now investment property, it does not replace the Saturday/Sunday afternoon ‘quest’ to find the perfect home.

It’s a sad fact of building that some of these questions are only answered or even thought of
after your new home is actually completed.
At Long Island Homes this is simply not the case.
Having had the opportunity to meet and learn from so many people about what they wanted from their new home and their building partner we were convinced there was room for improvement.
We were certain there was a need and an opportunity to supply a high level of service that far exceeded what has typically become the norm from most building companies.

Using the word ‘partnership’ to describe the building process was alien to many people. It was almost a cultural shock that a builder would want to communicate willingly with their client throughout and beyond the building process. We knew people would be interested in finding out what more they could achieve from their building partnership.
