The Directors of Long Island Homes have combined over 50 years’ experience building residential homes within Victoria.

The psychology behind the company name’ Long Island Homes’ came from us wanting to satisfy our customers emotional needs and lifestyle. Buying a new home is quite an emotional purchase and once moving in, it’s imperative you have some fun and feel happy and relaxed, no different to how you want to feel when you take a ‘long Island’ holiday.

Research and Development is high on our priority to ensure our design team are fully informed of the latest customer trends and needs when designing new homes. Studies are becoming a room of the past as we appease our clients requests to enlarge the bedrooms to accommodate the latest Media systems.
